Very addicting, I couldn't save extras for those who couldnt make it to my party this last month...
For the banana choc. chip cupcakes:
Ingredients needed:
1 box of yellow moist cake
3 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (plus some to top the cupcakes)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients. Folding in the chocolate chips last.
3. Line cupcake pan with liners and fill 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 18-24 minutes. Check at 10 min.
5. Let cool before frosting.
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:
Ingredients needed:
1/2 jar of peanut butter
1/3 cream
4 cups of powder sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the pb and powder sugar
2. Gradually incorporate the cream or milk until it is the consistency you want.
3. Frost your cakes.
